Sheri grew up in Philadelphia, witnessing much gang activity, drug use, and violence. Because of this, Sheri was determined not to be a product of her own environment. In 1983 she gave her life to Christ and experienced the greatest transition of her life.
 
Sheri is an international certified domestic violence therapist for mental health, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
 
In 2015 Sheri launched her first book titled, "The Many Faces of Domestic Violence": A Woman's Guide from Trauma to Triumph which can be found of Amazon.

Cynthia is a Minister, International Speaker, Best-Selling Author, Certified Life Coach, and Mental Health Advocate. She is the Founder and CEO of HoWELL ARE YOU and is dedicated to eradicating the stigma surrounding mental illness. She embraces an integrated approach to mental wellness, which includes the physical as well as the spiritual.
Her initial solo literary project, “Crazy Didn’t Get Me,” is scheduled for release this year.
