Because her success doesn’t diminish yours. Her gift doesn’t threaten your gift. Her elevation doesn’t cancel your assignment. There is room for all of us to win. And even when people have hurt us, disappointed us, competed against us, or tried to sabotage us, we cannot allow their behavior to make our hearts bitter.
We can choose to keep loving, encouraging, inspiring, empowering, and clapping for our sisters. Because when one woman wins, we all win! 💜

Have you ever let fear talk you out of giving a good man a chance? Maybe past hurt, betrayal, disappointment, or the fear of being vulnerable again has caused you to reject someone who may actually be healthy and aligned with what you’ve been praying for.
And then we’re getting REAL with this question: “We’ve already had sex, so I might as well stay.” But what happens when the relationship is toxic, unhealthy, or pulling you away from God? What if you’re growing stronger in your faith, but your partner has no desire to grow with you? Can intimacy become a reason we stay where God never told us to remain? Can lust cloud discernment? And how do we recognize when our emotions, desires, and attachments are speaking louder than God’s voice?
This week, Coach B and Dr. V are having an honest conversation about love, lust, discernment, sexual intimacy, unhealthy relationships, faith, fear, and choosing wholeness—even when walking away is difficult.

RED FLAGS GOD NEVER INTENDED FOR US TO IGNORE
Escaping Toxic Relationships
 
How did I ever get here?
 
Sometimes we settle into toxic relationships because we believe, “They’re going to change.” We convince ourselves that if we love them enough, pray enough, support them enough, or become a better influence, somehow they’ll become the person we hoped they would be.
 
But you can’t love someone into transformation they aren’t willing to pursue for themselves.
 
In the beginning, they may seem like your knight in shining armor. They’re on their best behavior. Everything feels wonderful. But eventually, the mask can come off, and you begin to see the disrespect, verbal abuse, gaslighting, manipulation, control, and behaviors you never imagined you would tolerate.
And before you know it, you’re asking yourself, “How did I get here?”
 
This is your reminder: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SETTLE.
You don’t have to sacrifice your peace to keep a relationship. You don’t have to shrink yourself to make someone else comfortable. You don’t have to remain in an environment that is damaging your identity, your health, your confidence, or your relationship with God.
You are valuable.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
You are God’s daughter.
 
Sometimes choosing yourself means choosing safety. Sometimes walking away is an act of obedience. And sometimes the greatest breakthrough is finally realizing that God never called you to stay where you are continually being harmed.
 
It’s time to know who you are—and whose you are in Christ.
Don’t ignore the red flags.
Don’t settle for less than healthy love.
Don’t confuse your influence with your responsibility to change someone.
 
Choose peace. Choose safety. Choose wholeness. Choose YOU.
